My name is Ketut Widyastuti. I was born in Denpasar on October 24, 1970. I am 156 cm tall and weigh 60 kg. I live at Jalan Tukad Yeh Aya No. 88 Denpasar (80255). I am an Indonesian citizen who is Hindu. I completed elementary education at SD 2 Saraswati Denpasar graduated in 1983, junior high school level at SMPN 3 Denpasar graduated in 1986, high school level at SMAN 1 Denpasar graduated in 1989. I completed medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Udayana graduated in 1996 and Specialist Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University graduated in 2011. I was acceptes as a Civil Servant (PNS) at the Ministry of Health in 2002 placed in the Puskesmas Buleleng 3. I worked as a clinical expert clinical teaching doctor at the Department / KSM Neurology Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University, Sanglah Hospital Denpasar since 2012 until now. I have 2 children, namely Putu Nadira Widyakania's first daughter born on December 24, 1998 and the second child Made Argyanta Wikananda born April 4, 2001, currently both of my children are as students at the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University.
